A project for The Para Rescue Association of Canada – A 25 Year celebration and commemoration of Search and Rescue, with photos and stories. This was a years-long project for the SAR group, led by Wayde Simpson. They recorded all the stories, plumbed their archives for hundreds of photos and carefully prepared all the materials for publication. The book committee asked me to base the book design on the previous anniversary book, a hardcover edition published in 1995, matching the exact sizes and emulating its 3 column layout, font choices and colours. The hardcover book is bound with red buckram and a gold foil stamp, plus a wrap-around full-colour dustjacket featuring an original commissioned painting by Brigitte Cattell.
